Microscope stage incubator

UNO-T-H-Premixed or CO2: all-in-one stage top incubator's controller with for application with pre-mixed 5% CO2 gas or 100% CO2 and background Air, that includes:

•Up to 6 independent temperature channels including

* Uno Stage Top Temperature Controller

* Humidity module temperature control: 90% ca through temperature controlled gas bubbling column

* Temperature Range: RT to 50 °C, ±0.3°C in chamber feedback mode (sensor in heated glass lid and in chamber body)

•4.3'' touch screen interface

•Chambers available for any XY stage / piezo insert with Embedded temperature sensor in heated glass lid and in chamber body

•Compatible with: OBJ-COLLAR series, recommended for immersion objectives

•Pre-mixed gas flow rate can be regulated manually in the range 0.1-0.4 L/min or CO2/Air gas mixer

1. Common microscope stages including Leica, Zeiss, Olympus, Marzhauser, ASI, Ludl & Prior:

1.1 H301-K-FRAME: heated chamber for inverted microscope stages with k-frame insert (160x110mm). Compatible with the following XY stages: Marzhauser (all models), Ludl (all models), ASI (all models, including z-piezo) Prior H107, Leica (k-frame), Zeiss (k-frame), Olympus (k-frame).

1.2. H301-MINI: heated chamber to fit in any microscope multi-well plate holder. Also compatible with stage Physik Instrumente PI P-737 and Ludl 99A600.

2. Leica Super-Z models:

2.1 H301-EC-LG-BL: heated chamber for Leica Super Z Galvo Stage. The chamber fits in the Super Z galvo stage (SP5/SP8), by replacing the Leica specimen holder. It can be screwed on the glavo Stage. Total chamber weight: 170 g.

2.2 Leica SP8 DLS Light Sheet models:

Electrically heated chamber for Leica DLS set-up includes objective collars for objective lenses HC APO L 10x/0.3 W and HC FLUOTAR L 25x/0.95 W uniformly heated by means of embedded electric resistances and is covered with a temperature controlled lid. Perfusion holes: #12 perfusion holes are available (2.0mm O.D.). The chamber fits in the Super Z galvo stage, by replacing the Leica specimen holder. It can be screwed on the galvo Stage. Magnetic specimen container holder for 35mm & 60mm petri dish.

2.3 H301-EC-LG-UP-BL: heated chamber for Upright Leica Super Z Galvo Stage. The chamber fits in the Super Z galvo stage (SP5/SP8), by replacing the Leica specimen holder. It can be screwed on the galvo Stage. Total chamber weight: 170 g.

3. Nikon microscope models

3.1 H301-NIKON-NZ100/200/500-N: heated chamber for Mad City Labs NZ100/200/500-N Z-piezo stages mounted on Nikon mechanical or motorized stages, TI-S-E and TI-S-ER.

3.2 H301-NIKON-TI-S-ER: heated chamber for Nikon Motorized XY Stage Ti-S-E or Ti-S-ER. Adapter is needed with Mad City Labs Piezo Stages NZ100-N/NZ200-N/NZ500-N mounted on Nikon motorized or mechanical stages.

3.3 H301-NIKON-TI-SR: heated chamber for Nikon T/Ti-SR rectangular stage with circular opening.

4. Olympus microscope models:

4.1 H301-OLYMPUS-IX-SUSP: heated chamber for Olympus rectangular XY stages with circular opening including IX-SUSP, GX-SVR, GX-SFR, BX3-SSU, IX2-SFR, IX2-SVL-2.
